Brand new comedy showcases
Arcade Comedy Theater is celebrating Women’s History Month with its mission statement in mind: inspiring joy and nurturing community-building by connecting artists and audiences with the dynamic artform of comedy. Spanning the entire month, Arcade will be highlighting female and female-aligned producers and artists in stand-up comedy, improv, and variety shows.

- Tickets for each show are $15-20 per person, $5 off for college students
- Shows appropriate for ages 16 & up
- All shows BYOB for guests 21+
- Runtime approx 75 minutes per show

Arcade Hootenanny

The Arcade Hootenanny is styled after the classic Chicago-style improv show featuring monologist-inspired scenes. Our storyteller tells real-life stories inspired by an audience suggestion, and then Pittsburgh’s best and brightest improvisers present a fast & funny set based on elements from the story.
B!tch Please

B!tch Please is turning 2 and the B’s are ready to celebrate, now all we need is you in the audience!! What started as a 1 time Women’s History month feature has continued month after month with gaggles of hilarious comedy queens, sending giggles into the hearts of many as we celebrate unruly women throughout time. This month we are overjoyed to be joined by stand up Suzanne Lawrence, short and long form improv by a one night only cast of Pittsburgh’s funniest ladies, all hosted by Mary Quick & Jocelyn Hillen Newham. Expect tiny hats, cupcakes, and curse words.
Jokes for Women

The month of March is home to International Women’s Day, Women’s History Month, and Jokes for Women! Jokes for Women is a showcase featuring the strongest, fiercest, and funniest women in Pittsburgh Stand Up Comedy. Hosted by Ellen Lundie.
Strictly Soo Ra

Soo Ra is an unsuspecting firecracker. She can be heard on the Netflix is a Joke Sirius XM channel. She was selected for the Comics to Watch showcase in the NY Comedy Festival. She’s made several appearances on BuzzFeed, Fusion Network, and popular comedy podcasts such as Kill Tony and Talk Clearlyer. She has featured on the road for comedy greats such as Jeff Ross, Donnell Rawlings & Tony Woods. She’s currently on a theater tour with Nate Jackson. Bracket Night: PPWP Fundraiser

Bracket Night @ Arcade is a fun, interactive game show where the audience and panelists get to decide the BEST of the BEST STUFF. At every Bracket Night show, you’ll see four hilarious and passionate panelists duke it out in a battle of opinions as pop culture, food, and other stuff move through a competitive bracket.
This month, you’ll get to hear four champions of womens’ rights argue what makes the BEST ACTION MOVIE HEROINE.

Proceeds from this event benefit Planned Parenthood of Western Pennsylvania (PPWP).
